We grow nearly 300 acres of leeks and can deliver British for over 45 weeks of the year; loose and pre-packed whole leeks or prepared in “sticks”, sliced or diced.
Producing British parsnips for over 48 weeks of the year, we supply the right size and quality for pre-pack & loose, peeled & diced.
We wash over 25,000 tonnes per year and produce a complete range of products from large roots for batons to hand quartered crudité sticks, from 1kg pre-packs to peeled “snack pack” pieces.
Our 7,000 tonnes of potatoes are a mix of different varieties; each variety is grown specifically for either frozen chips, crisps, or for home cooking.
After 10 years, beetroot has returned to the farm. Trials of traditional red as well as coloured and cylinder beets will be available later in 2014 and will become part of our family of produce in 2015.
Our expanding rhubarb business combines innovative field production techniques with traditional growing methods to supply fabulously colourful rhubarb from December through to October.
Over 2,000,000 heads of cabbage harvested over 48 weeks; we specialise in larger heads for retail, food service and processing.
Year round British spring green is available through our growing partnership with Mortiers on the Suffolk Coast; we grow in Notts between April and November moving to the coast for the winter harvest.
